We have a fresh, new way of reporting and punishing incidents in the Racing Club, using an infractions system - read more here

You are actively encouraged to use this system - we like to keep driving standards high - so if you feel you were wronged in any way during an event simply send the event organiser a private message detailing the incident. Do not post reports/accusations in the thread itself - negativity and anger gets us nowhere.

A Dutchman who cannot cope with the rain: its me lol

Race 1: start was messy, i was on the outside line, stayed outside, but got a little shove, which also resulted that i also touched someones bumper. Anyways, start wasn't too bad, expect for me getting the Karusell corner wrong almost once in every 4 laps After i pitted i was in P20. In lap 13 thought my race was over. Matt (in P3) went off with someone else after the fast double left corner section. Matt rejoined track without looking in his mirrow and went straight back to racing line were i was: BAM! I went straight into the armco, but only with suspension damage. sorry Matt, but you could have avoided this one by looking in your rear and not returning to the racingline straight away. Brought the car in on P14 orso

Race 2: Start wasn't that bad. Had a better pace then in race 1. After pitstop i climbed my way up to P5 even. But from Lap 15 or so, i totally went off.... Pace dropped badly, started to make mistakes. Lap 18 i was back to P7/8 with Dan behind. I tried to keep him off, changed my line once, but Dan somehow got on my inside (which i didn't expect there). We both went a bit on the grass. Then i decided to slow down, let Dave pass a few corners later and tried to get a grip again...but no. With more mistakes, i dropped to P11 or 12 and finished the race there.

I saw some rough driving here and there. Hope this will be better next time, cause its not about winning guys. Its about having fun and driving with respect

Well back to basics!

Qualify:
Well not much to say.. i ended up on pole position :tongue:.

Race1: Well Dan took the lead in the first turn as the peugeot didn't do what i wanted.
After 2 or 3 laps Dan was just a fraction to late to take a turn and i could take the pole. From that moment i had a good pace and finished 1st.

Race2:
Well couldn't participate. I had to go to work (where i am now atm).


Guys it was fun! Will see you next week. Got something special in mind!

Thanks for the tip Eric, I noticed that sparks were flying.. looks cool in replay but can't be good for performance.

With my times, 18 laps gonna take almost 40 mins. lol, must... get... faster...

Big freeze in lap 16 ended with blue screen and computer self reboot. I changed the video card with my old one. Hope it will doing good from now on and will not destroy my next race too as my last 12 races were DNF's because of that.

thax for event rd, my eng is not very well .but i will tray David tray open your pc box for better coling wind... it`s sammer time beter ven pc box open for me what problem whas of with blue screen after what it mach better i even putt bisside pc i windtiletior for freeze me all system open your box sides my englih soryy...
and about race in in race 2 i went to pit 2 times... for first slick wen wet ryres ant at finicg me tyres temp was 150
