Read the blog Steve Myers has posted (link in my previous post).

It refers to Driver Swaps, not day/night cycle, dynamic weather etc.

They may well be working on these for future builds down the line, but this latest blog just refers to Driver Swaps and also a sneak peak of Phoenix Raceway and Donington.
