General Driver posture?

Hi guys - just wanted to ask a potentially dumb question - but how do you edit the pose/posture of the driver model?
I'm trying to get my guy sitting correctly in a tuk-tuk, but he's in F1 pose and his lying-down legs are sticking clean through the front of the car.
