Disabling car reflections

Hey!

Is there a way to disable just the car reflections? I really don't care for them and would like a small FPS boost.
I tried setting the "Player Detail" to Low but there are still reflections on my car.

Don't think so, as far as I know refections are generated by the shaders used, you would have to edit the materials of the mods GMT files?

I see. I thought there would be an option for this, even if burried in config files, considering all other racing games have an option to disable car reflections.
