DiRT Rally Disable co-pilot instructions during replays and preset default camera

Is there any way or any mod to do this? It doesn't make sense to listen the instructions during the replays.

Also, any way to set a certain type of camera as default? Every time I load the game and go driving I have to select the camera I want.
