The Automatic Clutch option is available in the UI but in the UserData PLR file you can also find these:

Auto Lift="1" // Whether to automatically lift with manual shifting but auto-clutch (non-semiautomatic trans only)
Auto Blip="1" // Whether to automatically blip with manual shifting but auto-clutch (non-semiautomatic trans only)

This is super helpful if you want to use paddle shifters for some reason but want the clutch to behave nicely (as if you were shifting properly, lifting on upshifts and blipping on downshifts) so that your rears don't get loose. It makes the experience so much more enjoyable. May also be valuable even if you do have a shifter and you're not quite used to lifting and blipping.

I have a shifter but I also have Achille's Tendonitis and that gets aggravated if I'm doing too much brake with my right foot. That's why I find these options valuable.
