Hi, I dont like default starting lights, is there any way to create mine?, I mean by xpacker, or giving in BTB the atribute to the object of "starting light"?, I didnt find any

you can create the startlights in a 3d modeller,then added it to xpacker.

The start lights are a complex object that also use animated materials.

Make a copy of the Default XPack, extract it to a new folder and load that in XPacker to examine how it is put together.
