General DDS tree texture resource?

Can anyone tell me where modders get the trees from they use in their mod tracks?

I dare say some are maybe the stock AC trees, but some definately aren't.

If anyone can offer me advice on where to go to get some decent quality DDS trees that would be great.

www.textures.com had some one, plus there is a free library for sketchup, but dont know the link, and you can buy some tree textures at turbosquid, most of that textures are high quality.

You can also search two programs that can do it relatively easily. Tree-d is one and tree-it is another. The first one can do 3d models of trees and the second can do textures for y-trees. There are also many sites that offer free cc0 tree textures. Some paid sites also offer some trees for free to download and while the actual 3d models are way too high poly for games they more often that not include the textures you can use for making y-trees.
