F1 2011 Damage in F1 2011

[F1 2011 Rocks!]

I am very disappointed with this aspect - for example, smacking the wall with your wheel should mean bye-bye wheel, and I have given them some almighty clouts - but the damn thing refuses to come off. This video:

is showing the sort of damage I want - why doesn't it happen in the game? Is there a setting I can change (I have damage on 'full').

You can mod it and fix that. Let me see if I can find the link for you.

to have more damage, you just modify this file (loose_parts_settings), in the f1 2011 folder with notepad+++

parties must be changed (impact_player_immovable_modifier 1.0 and impact_ai_player_modifier 1.5)

Default is : player 0.5 and IA 1.0

I ajusted : Player 1.0 and IA 1.5
