PC2 Cursor not showing up in NVIDIA Surround borderless mode

It's weird, I've had this happen on AC and to remedy this I would ALT-TAB and come back and the mouse cursor would show back up. But in PC2 if i'm in surround mode and running borderless the cursor is not visible. I've tried various graphics setting thinking that may be the cause but to no avail. When I play in window mode the cursor shows up.

Any suggestions?
