CSL Elite iRacing oscillation

hi all, have a friend with CSL ELITE base and has oscillation in iRacing, how do we get rid of the oscillation?

I turned on dampen oscillations in the wheel config menu and lowered the wheel forces, since I felt they were too high. After that it didn't seem to do its oscillation back and forth. All I can say, the oscillating didn't really bother me but when I did those changes, it didn't do its thing anymore surprisingly.
