F1 2011 Crreating very own F1 Team

Well, after first end of carrer (5 years, 4 tittles) f1 2011 started to boring me... so i decided to create my own team. And i stuck. The game see new team, loads texture and whole, even created driver was able (on small picture - it was strange photo with multi colour) so, the problem starts with starting carrer. I choose my created team and bang, games crashes. What should i do?
