Cars Creating a driving animation in Blender

Hello, I'm trying to learn how to do a driver animation in blender, I use stereo driver rig blend file and his exporter.

There is two main issues I'm trying to solve rn. Since I'm doing a F1 steering animation things are more difficult than a normal car.

First I moved the driver to (kinda) fit the cockpit.

I'm trying to fix the hand positioning but I have a small problem with the wrist

How can I move the wrist to look natural and not broken ?

Second question : why in game the head looks bent backward?

ok thanks, I tried to do something.

Placing the fingers is somewhat very hard, but well I'm still learning how to tweak the whole thing.

I animated the rotation, which work in blender, but when exporting it, it seems like there's no changes.... the hand placement is weird and the head is still tilted to the back.

And i can't change the driver position in custom showroom, it throw me this error

I selected the DRIVER_DRIVER node in object mode, then exported the ksanim with the 0.4 exporter (reverse animation + DRIVER: renaming) where is my mistake?
