Correct Track Limits (kerbs not part of track)

Surprised this hasn't been posted before!

Assetto Corsa currently sees the kerbs as within track limits, which are the rules for motorbikes, at least according to the FIA's sporting code.

For cars, from FIA International Sporting Code: Appendix L, Chapter IV - Code of driving conduct on circuits, section 2c (2021) on page 46:
"Drivers must use the track at all times and may not leave the track without a justifiable reason. For the avoidance of doubt, the white lines defining the track edges are considered to be part of the track but the kerbs are not."

Two tires/tyres out
Having set the track limit to "two tires/tyres out" on a server in game currently means you can be completely outside white lines and still be "inside track limits" (as long as you have two tires/tyres on a kerb), where zero tires/tyres out means that you can still have tires/tyres on the kerbs, where that actually should not be allowed. On very wide kerbs you could even have four tires/tyres on the kerbs, being completely outside white lines.

Zero tires/tyres out
Setting zero tires/tyres out also meant a lot of (mod) tracks handle this differently, with some kerbs being part of the track, and some not being set as kerbs, causing confusion when using this zero setting as you need to find out which kerbs (and even the distinction between primary and secondary kerbs) the game devs or modder made as part of the track and which ones have not been includes as part of the track.

Some people will probably think this is nitpicking, but it makes a huge difference in lap times when your entries and exits are two meters wider as you can keep more speed and thus have to accelerate less.

It's also confusing as the FIA doesn't enforce this as much as they should; watch your average GT3 race and some cars are outside track limits pretty much every braking zone and acceleration zone before and after a corner.
