F1 2011 Continue Career to a new PC

I'm planning to get a new CPU in two weeks time and I'm wondering if I can continue my current career by backing-up my FormulaOne2011 folder then overwriting it to my new PC? What should I do? Overwrite the whole FormulaOne2011 folder or just the savegame folder?

savegame folder will do.

Once you have reinstalled 2011, start the game, and let it create a new profile and new save game folders.
Exit the game, and then replace the new FILES with the old FILES you backed up.
Dont just paste the old folders and contents, or put the old data in place before you fire up the game as that wont work.
You must copy in the old files into the newly created folders.

You also need to do a similar thing with GFWL, but I cant remember off the top of my head where and what needs backing up.
