Maybe. In RBR, rx_plugin hasn't got dust effect. But RF and Racer has got.

But if you see the picture, there is gauges and track view, so its not RBR, and not RF(there is no gauge in track view mode). So maybe it is Racer. Or Piddy use RBR_gauge plugin and he made the cams for RBR.:laugh2:
