Clubsport Pedals throttle problem

Hi, I have a strange problem with the throtle:
Since this week i started having a weird noise coming from the throttle pedal, when i use it to around 30% - 40%.
It's like a click, you can hear it, and feel it in the feet. Did someone had this problem before?

is it up and down that you hear it or could it be a side to side because mine have a little side movement and could be that. i used alittle drop of teflon lube on the throttle on all the joints you dont need much and that fixed all noises. hope that helps
