INFORMATION: All helmets for F1 2019 are compatible with F1 2020. There is just a slight offset between the visor attachment and the helmet.

Here is Fernando ALONSO’s helmet at McLaren in 2007 for F1 2020.

This helmet is designed to replace either the 70th Anniversary or we race as one, or end racism. In other words, the helmets without the ability to change colors.

This is certainly due to the fact you haven't correctly set the path to the game in EEA so the mipmap texures are missing. Set it in the settings tab of EEA and redo the installation of the helemet. It should be good now....
