Skins Carbon in skins

Hi i wanna improve my skins but adding the carbon (not adding by a picture of a carbon) but like this in the picture below

Use txdetail for carbon fiber, then alpha channel to determine what is painted (white alpha) and what is carbon (black alpha)

is the txdetail is the dds one?? plus where do i got the carbon detail?? like what specific site of app??
