fwiw, in the early fifties the XK120 was the world's fastest production car, capable of 130mph right off the showroom; in 1952 a specially prepared XK120, streamlined with bubble top and full underbody pan, was officially timed at 170mph

1 week remaining for my hometown rally. Last September, the 2023 Rally Gernika was canceled one month before its celebration. Thankfully, after a long year, my hometown rally returns, this time in April, rebranded as Rally Urdaibai. I'm so hyped!!!!

Iberian Historic Endurance, real life GT Legends.
This is an iberian championship (Spain and Portugal), however they also race at Spa Francochamps and sometimes in France .
I watched this championship twice in Navarra, my local track, in 2018 and 2022.I uploaded some pictures from 2022 back then .
Fact:The 2022 race made me buy GT Legends instantly which was on my Steam wishlist since I bought my Pc in 2021.

I have more fun at a weekend of vintage racing than I would at a season of F1, Indycar, or NASCARE.

Maserati Tipo 63, a continuation of the Tipo60/61 "Birdcage" with the driver moved forward and the engine in the middle. Only a handful were made, all sold to privateers, who ran them with everything from a 3L four banger to a 4.5L V12. Typical of Maserati at the time, if they lasted the race they finished at or near the top.

Due to their rarity, little technical data is available. Though one equipped with a 270hp four cylinder was clocked at 180mph. Weight varied with engine/gearbox but 700kg was average.
