F1 2011 Car Performance Tiers-definitive information requested please

I'm hoping somene has some hard facts or that one of our PC brothers could possibly look up in a database somewhere and give us a categoric answer as to which cars are in which of the 5 tiers.
We have some ideas which conflict a lot to the 2010 tiers.
I have googled here and outside and tried codemasters forum.
So far I have lots of only conversations guesses and assumptions. So with respect I don't need any more of those thanks.

T1: Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull
T2: Mercedes, Renault
T3: Toro Rosso, Sauber
T4: Williams, Force India
T5: HRT, Virgin, Lotus

I looked to database. In F1 2010 Ferrari was Tier 2, Tier 3 was Williams and Force India, Tier 4 Sauber and Toro Rosso. In real F1 this year I think Force India is Tier 3, not Tier 4... Toro Rosso is T4.
