Hi , I have some downloaded car mods from *********** some of which don't want to drive, it's like there's a brake on it, or if they have to pull a heavy load, what's the problem with this, and how do you get rid of it it up.

Well, given the fact this forum has censored out the site from your post, its probably one of those sites that host incredibly bad conversions. You can try asking for help there, or avoid their mods and download from reputable sources.

Thanks for the reply. I thought it was too good to be true, there were some good ones, I removed the rest
