Car destroying and great graphics?

Hi there, i have problem, im using 0.9.0 rc4, but on one forum, guys have option to destroy cars... looks like in GTA V or GTA IV, but on racer (i dont know what version)...

Second thing, i saw most of people have amazing graphics in game, how can i enhance graphics?
