Can't get the car to move

As if there was a handbrake on. I'm able to put 1st gear and accelerate but the car moves a little bit only and gets stuck. I got a GT27, by the way. Could someone help. I've tries to set up the controller inside the game and through the profiler but it doesn't work.

most likely you need to invert the brake. Right now it´s probably on 100%.

Thank you for your reply. I see the invert option for steering but not for either brake or throttle. I'm probably blind
