Can't Change Resolution

Hello, I need to turn the resolution down on GSC. However when I try to change it with the "GSC Config" file it does nothing when I start the game. It always keeps it at the same resolution. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Um, my GSConfig always works, not really sure what the issue could be for you. You're not clicking "cancel" right?
