Cannot update old tires

I have 13 cars with "outdated" tires. None of the tires on the right side are compatible. If I try to drag any set from the right over to the left the cursor changes to N/A (circle with line through it), telling me that I cannot move/drag the content there

On 7 of the cars I also get the message "COMPOUND_DEFAULT/INDEX in tyres.ini is wrong. There are only 0 sets of tyres available, but the default set is 0". All of these have packed data, so there is no data folder and therefore no tyres.ini file for me to modify.

This has to be a relatively common issue but repeated searches on forums have not been helpful. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Ho avuto lo stesso problema risolvendo in questo modo:

clic con il tasto sinistro del mouse
Sposto leggermente il mouse nella finestra della gomma da sostituire
fare clic con il tasto destro del mouse
ora la gomma è sostituibile

I had the same problem by solving it this way:
left-click the mouse
move the mouse slightly in the window of the eraser to replace
click the right mouse button
now the eraser is replaceable

You can generate new ones! A bit of a learning curve to figure out how it works, but the results are pretty good.
