Cannot Start game anymore

so well idk what happened... but apperently im not able to start the game...it shows in Taskmanager

but the game itselfs never opens
using win10 64bit

whats wrong here.... and yeah no crash or something..

No idea. Try verifying files or reinstalling.

I had some trouble after latest update, but OK now.
