can some one help me to start modding (tracks and cars) in rfactor 1

hello all i love playing simracing specially games come with ISI engine but i dont know good how to mod car/cars and tracks i know the softwares LIKE 3DSIM AND BTB but i dont know how to use it correctly can some one please teach me how to mod rfactor to start modding and thanks you so much to answer me asap

A search for tutorials for that software should get you started. And there are many threads here and on other sim sites discussing the intricacies of track and car creation. It isn't easy (I have no aptitude at all for it), so good luck.
