Track skin and ext_config for Cadwell Park and Cadwell Park 2022. CSP is most likely required especially for the 2022 version.

-- The skins are my attempt to get more color depth to the grass areas and eliminate the strange blue grass colors in the last quarter of the track. The only difference between the two included skins is that the Grass and Trees 2 skin has lighter grass color. Thought maybe some might prefer it so I included both. All of the color and lighting choices were made...
