button control rate for kb+m?

Is there any way not not go full throttle and control how fast you go full throttle on kb+m like on lfs? Please do not comment on why i should switch over to wheel as if i do not know that wheel is better than mouse and keyboard, ty.

Theres nothing like that built into Assetto. You would at least need a basic potentiometer. A joystick slider or something would work.

Not knowing how mouse and keyboard driving works,
if e.g. mouse scroll wheel is not being used, that might be repurposed a throttle.
