same problem, sometimes it works, often i get the same error. Restart CM doesnt help... Restart of PC doesnt help, downloaded CM again doesnt help...
My setup:
RTX 3080
AMD 5900x
HP Reverb G2

As soon as you click online, just under is search, hit x as fast as possible to remove the search. This should fix, had it happen the other day.

I'm having this same issue but my search field is empty. There is no "x" to click. Any other ideas?

Nevermind, the next time I opened CM with an "x" in the search bar it worked fine.

As soon as you click online, just under is search, hit x as fast as possible to remove the search. This should fix, had it happen the other day.

for the ones that dont have x under the search. I fixed mine by just taking it for window mode and minimizing it
