black sky

I have the following problem when I start a race using CM my sky is black or it will be black at the middle of the race.

First I thought it was my old GTX1080 thats was being exhausting by AC in VR. But it still appears to be a blacked sky after installing a RTX3070. So decided to update from the recommended 1.60 to 1.75, install last SOL, try a couple of PPfilters , Kunos tracks or tracks from modders all have no effect.
What also is strange, SOL and FFBclip app can not create a folder in the documents folder as it supposed to do. My AC/Steam folder is on an different SSD then my Win10 OS. In windows10 safety settings, AC is excluded from any restriction from Win Defender

Before I’m doing a integrity check by STEAM to get back to stock, is there something more I could do or adjust in CM menu.

some were also talking about deleting the DLwrite file, only I can not find that file nor in the Steam folder nor in the documents folder.
