F1 2017 Black Screen

Ever since the new patch to F1 2017 I am unable to play the game as all I get is a black screen. Have a nvidea card and tried alt & enter key and still nothing. Anyone know how to fix this issue as it 's driving me nuts.

Sometimes your security software can see a newly patched game as a new executable and therefore a potential threat so occasionally will stop them running . Try exempting the game in your av and firewall and try it

If you are on PC you can always re-validate your application through your Steam account. Takes about 5 minutes. Caution, you will lose any mods.
