F1 2013 Black screen in Main menu!! Help!!!

Everything was perfect when I started F1 2013 game. But just after the message of Autosave, There is a black screen with audio in background. I just press enter and enter and the young driver test start. Please Help someone!! :'(

Run Steam > Right Click on F1 2013 > Properties > Local Files Tab > Select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'

This will automatically download and repair any broken or missing files, ensure the game is fully patched, and will remove any mods.

Then try again

This is an old picture, ignore the F1 2012 bit, it's the same for F1 2013 or any other Steam game.

Did you try verifying your game cache as shown above in the picture?

hmm ok ^^ well it was my fastest though because many games are have not that good support for win 8 i head ^^
