MGP13 Bike is so understeer

Hello, I have one problem. My bike (Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP too!) is always understeer. I choose always most oversteer settings, but they don't help me. The problem is that my rider can not lean enough (only sometimes) and I always leave the track. Can anyone help me? Please

Is the leaning related to the speed you are doing?

If yes, then slow down

Dont drive it like a car. You need to turn earlier and slower. Its the only way and its what makes racing a bike such a challnege compared to its 4 wheel competition

Yes, yes. I turn with slow speed, but my rider can not lean enough. I think it maybe problem with my pad.
