Bigger Dust and Smoke - GTR2 add on tracks

You will find dust textures in some of my track folders and this SFX file makes a little bigger cloud. The reason I did this is I am a So.Cal.desert dweller relocated to Arizona, and if you watch a Riverside,Laguna or an Ontario race it can be dust city when they get off track. So I made a dustier file for some of my tracks. there is a back up orig.file if you choose to reinstall it.
