Best Sim For Setting Up AI Racing?

In the thread in this sub-forum which asks 'Why don't you race online?", A LOT of responders say that they just prefer AI for various reasons.

So that begs the question for me - In which sim (for you) is easiest to set up a quick, competitive AI race? By that, I mean - say that you just want to have a quick 15-20 minute race, but are not inclined/or don't have lots of additional time to set up all the pre-race parameters.

Given that situation, which sim would you recommend?
