What i did:
-New paint scheme
-New colors
-New sponsors
-Pit textures
-New driver suits and gloves (Gloves are nearly 90% accurate, suit is kinda... It is lol)
-1998 helmet (removed some sponsors, added Winfield logos)
-New steering wheel logo
-New tyres textures (for tread i've used Synapse texture. Go and check all His works)...
