Any Formula RSS 4 driving tips?

I really like this car, but running at Watkins Glen I literally get blown into the weeds by the AI.
I tried different wing settings, buthow the AI can really sail into the right hand sweeper at full bore and still stay on the track is a mystery.
I tried to stay with them and wind up just being carried off the track.
The car is really good, for anyone wondering about getting it.
