Alright when was that again.....?

I think I know the driver Perry McCarthy

And with you quoting yourself, you've won this.

The trivia on this, is that he was the first, and original The Stig on Top Gear. In the picture he is going up Eau Rouge, in a rare moment actually driving the car, and in high speed (for an Andrea Moda at least) his steering seizes. And the steering column start to flex. Later it is found out that Andrea Moda had fitted the steering column that his teammate Robert Moreno had used at the last GP. Where it broke...
The Andrea Moda S921 as you can see in the picture, is a very beautiful car. The car was Nick Wirth and Simteks first effort on a F1-car. It was originally made for BMW, and for the 1990-season. But when BMW decided against a F1-program, Simtek just kept the bluesheets for the car until Andrea Sasseti bought them for Andrea Moda.

And people are saying that HRT are unprofessional?

That's the PS01. Actually Minardi never used "F".
It was a M they used, combined with the year the car was made for. "M190" was the 1990 car, "M191" the 1991 car, etc.
I have no idea why the changed this in 99 and 00, to use "M01" and "M02".
However, the PS was Paul Stoddart, the new owner.
That was the trivia of today :)
