New AI for Montreal 1992.

* New fast lane
* New pit lane
* Side L/R
* Ai_hints

Track is tested multiple times with different weather and road grip to get the better ai lane and hints.
AI tested with F1 cars - 95% strenght and 50% agression.

Ai gets better in every aspects (race lane, overtake, slow down in traffic before turns...), this race was a carnage before this update. Now, less collisions and attacks in chicanes and turns.

1992 tracks (a LOT of playing under my belt)

Kyalami ai = ok, could be 1 second faster
Hermanos Rodriguez = 1-2 seconds too slow
Interlagos ai = superfast
Barcelona ai = superfast
Imola ai = 2-3 seconds too slow
Monaco ai = ok
Magny Cours ai = ok, could be 1 sec. faster
Silverstone ai = ok, could be 1 sec. faster
Hockenheim = ok, could be 1 sec. faster
Spa ai = 3-5 seconds too slow
Monza ai = 2-3 seconds too slow
Estoril ai = Fast, very good
Suzuka ai = Very good
Adelaide ai = Very good

Those could use some improvements too. Big thanks for Oesterreichring fix. That was needed. Will update my season links on Youtube.
