F1 2012 Adding "spaces" in last name

He guys,

This might be an old question, but i haven't found it on the forum yet:

When i want to make a new profile on my PC version of F1 2012, and i'd like to add a name like for example :

Giedo van der Garde

then i can't add the spaces in the last name. I twould become something like vandergarde or something.
Is there alreay a solution of fix or whatever to overcome this problem?
Kind of a weird mistake of Codemasters, for there are so many last names in the world that need spaces.

Anyone can help me on this?

You could try dashes or underscores, as in :

van-der-Garde or van_der_Garde

I can't see another way of doing it ....
