AccuForce DIY kit?

I am looking into purchasing the AF DIY kit, but I am a little confused with the following:

"The AccuForce DIY is NOT a ready to run kit. You need to engineer and produce everything except the motor, controller and cables."

So I would need to come up with:
Power supply?
Case for the motor?
Steering Wheel?

Anything else?

From looking at the kit details, it seems - at minimum: you need a mounting bracket for the motor, a locking-hub for the shaft, wheel adaptor, quick-release (if used), wheel, button box, shifters, etc.

The power-supply is in the control box itself.
