AC will not recognise the correct monitor resolution

I have a 2560 x 1080 monitor, but AC only lets me go up to 1920 X 1080, and then offsets the screen to the left hand side. The menu screens are fine, just in game. I tried looking for the config files (it's been a while so can't find it) but not sure that will help. Any ideas?

If you go in the user config folder (user/documents/assetto corsa/cfg/video.ini) you can just type in any width/height and it'll use that.
