AC FLAMES ALWAYS ON¿? HELP

Hello racers...
I'm redoing a car, i'm changing it's engine from petrol to turbo diesel injected...
I did everything, I'm polishing it right now.

I have some flames, black smoke, to match it's diesel engine but I want the flames to appear every time I accelerate. Is this possible? If it isn't, I want them on always...

Do you guys know wich values I have to tweak in X file?
