Ever since the days of Geff Crammonds GP1 I have used a Joystick for all racing games. Im 43 but have not sat behind the wheel of a car for over 22 years so when my current joystick broke I came under increasing pressure from Andrew 'Golden' Bortz to finaly get a wheel.
So I took the plunge and got a Thrustmaster GT Ferrari Experience wheel and pedals... Time for some time trials in Canada. After just a few hours I had taken almost 3 seconds of my laptime which shocked me.
The moral of this tale? If your still using a joystick/joypad get a wheel!
P.S. It may stop me from comming last n online races but at least Im no longer nerfed through choice of controller
