A possible "comeback"

You propperbly dont remember me, but I was racing here a few years back.

Im accually comsidering making a return to FSR next year, and thought I wanted to try the "new" cars. But I can't seem to find a download.

Is a license needed to get the mod ? On FSR's youtube channel it says its not, but the link is broken.
