34 vs 38+ inch ultrawide

Hi,

This is my first post on this forum. Thanks for having me and for taking the time to read this.
I was wondering, for everyone that’s had experience with both, if you’ve found that it’s worth a little loss in picture quality and speed to go from a 28-34 inch monitor, up to 38-43 inch ultrawide. I’m also asking the same question for the specific size of 34 and going to a 38 inch ultrawide. Every one I’m looking at is 120 hz or faster, with the 38’s being 144 and 34’s being 160+. The monitor will be mounted directly to the sim rig.
