Aren't there monitors with TN panels that should do better for high-performance gaming
Can't stand TN monitors, maybe because i studied architecture and a bit of a snob when it comes to colour reproduction and viewing angles. But yeah you can get 0.5ms TN monitors now. Still would never recommend one.

But with IPS at 1ms and 144-160hz now why would you bother compromising?

Ok last question Is Gsynce worth getting it is hard to find a monitor with Gsynce but every one has free synce but since Im on an intel chip I cant use the free synce. does it really make much of a difference using Gsynce

Current Freesync monitors are 'Gsync compatible' these days. So its not really worth getting Gsync specifically any more.
I think its also vice versa for the latest Gsync 2.0 monitors on AMD as well now but too sure about that one. I think you need to check a compatibility list with Nvidia on the monitor model to be sure.
