No perfect way to do it lol, elbows down it's just a style made by milestone. Every riders style is unique even if some are very similar.
But if I had to answer I've got to go with Miguel, the lap times speak for themselves

I don't know, maybe this update will just update few liveries only like Monster Yamaha, KTM Tech3 and KTM Factory Racing. I don't think 86ayayay has done the Alma Pramac, LCR Honda, Aprilia Racing Gresini and Abraham New Helmet in this update.
